I run Green Wave Creative from Ballina. I've spent over 15 years helping businesses grow, and I started this to do it in a way that actually helps tradies, not just sells them marketing they don't understand.

Why I started Green Wave Creative.
I've spent over 15 years helping businesses grow. Along the way, I've seen the pressure business owners face up close. Growth sounds great in theory, until you're the one dealing with the chaos it brings.
I started Green Wave Creative because I saw too many hardworking tradies and service providers burning out. They had the skills, they had the demand, they just didn't have the systems to handle it smoothly. So the work piled up, the enquiries slipped through, and the weekends disappeared.
I take a practical, down-to-earth approach. No corporate jargon, no complicated software nobody uses, no fluff. Just systems that actually help you grow without losing your mind. If it doesn't make your life easier, we don't do it.
I work directly with every client. You're not passed off to a junior or a call centre. The person you talk to is the person doing the work. That matters to me, and I think it matters to you too.
What We Believe
A few things I won't compromise on.
You own your own accounts, campaigns and data. Always. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you. We never hold your business hostage.
People do better work when they love what they do, and others notice it. I love this work, and I think it shows in the results my clients get.
Systems should make your life easier, not more complicated. If a tool needs a manual and a training course to use, it's the wrong tool.
Honesty over hype. I'd rather lose a client by telling them the truth than keep them by overselling. If we're not a fit, I'll say so.
